My Sleep Apnea Cure
Do you have any questions seriously sleep apnea and weight and antidepressants?
Hi, I have taken Paxil since 2005, when I had a major depressive episode. During that episode, I could not sleep for a good 2 months. I also believe that bad in that episode, I developed sleep apnea. I was 140 pounds during that time. Remember telling my husband that I could not sleep because I wake up gasping for air. Now, after being on Paxil for 3 years, I'm fine, overweight, (210), I do snore, according to the family and spouse, and if I miss a dose, the next night, I wake up gasping for breath. When taking the Paxil, and do not forget to breathe. Think it might be the weight that has made me snore or have apnea? Or could be the Paxil has made me have sleep apnea? When I take the Paxil, not dream I usually sleep well and have a break from the majority. When I miss a dose, I seem to remember my dreams, I'm so tired. I'm thinking of making a dramatic loss weight for me to stop snoring. I like going from 210 t0 130. I wonder if it could cure snoring?
Being overweight is associated with snoring. I that has been medically proven. There is a machine that your insurance will have to correct his sleep apnea. I'm assuming you're thinking about gastric bypass?? You should consult some doctors about their ideas. I'll get the people in my life, books I've read, shows I've seen magazine articles that I read, and my opinion! I firmly believe that being overweight can lead to sleep apnea.
