You may have central sleep apnea.?

Sometimes when I am sleeping I forget to breathe. I know because part of my body jerk and I wake up a head light feel as if I had not breathed for too long. Usually you can only turn around and forced me to think about random things to my mind was the same and the problem disappears. However, from time to time does not go away and I have to take care of something for a while until I try to sleep again. Is this central sleep apnea and this could be caused (at least in part) by some type of anxiety disorder?

It is called obstructive sleep apnea. Do not forget to breathe. As you tissues are falling asleep in the back of your throat relax and fall back blocking airway. Your body realizes that you are not breathing and wakes him up long enough to breathe 4-5 times then go back to sleep and the cycle repeats itself throughout the night. You need a sleep study before having a stroke or heart attack due to lack of oxygen during the hours that are not breathing and put added stress on your heart.
