Stop Snoring Nasal Spray
If you put tape on someone’s mouth will it stop the snoring?
I want to try this tonight with box tape but will/can it kill me…I mean will it force me to breathe through nose? Or will i just snore through nose? Im serious….I want to do this until I have my doctors appt for possible surgery. I will record my sleep to see the outcome.
Im really tired all the time and have gone to sleep clinic…turns out i have mild sleep apnea but they didnt take any action on it. I hate waiting for my hubby to fall deep asleep so i can sleep!
I have tried nasal strips, sprays, etc. I think i may have a small air passage way because my nose is small and i have snored since i was 14. Im not overweight…so what do you think may happen with the tape?

It won’t stop the snoring… you just will constantly wake up from not being able to breath, which you do anyway if you have sleep apnea. Just keep going back to your doctor and demanding that they do something. However, keep in mind that your insurance will probably not cover the surgery unless it’s medically necessary.
